響應環保政策，共創永續未來，漢來日月行館自2025年1月1日起不再主動提供一次性盥洗用品（牙刷、牙膏、梳子、浴帽、刮鬍刀及刮鬍泡）。入住期間如需相關用品，請隨時聯繫大廳櫃台，我們的服務人員將竭誠為您協助。

此外，為減少塑料浪費，館內引進義大利進口氣泡水機，並全面使用玻璃瓶裝容器取代塑膠瓶裝水，迄今已成功減少使用 108,960 支塑膠瓶。感謝您與我們攜手同行，共同守護美麗的地球。

In support of environmental policies and to foster a sustainable future, Grand Hilai Sun Moon Lake will no longer automatically provide single-use toiletries (toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs, shower caps, razors, and shaving foam) from 1 January 2025.

Furthermore, to reduce plastic waste, the hotel has introduced Italian-imported sparkling water dispensers and fully transitioned to using glass containers in place of plastic bottled water.
